Test showcasing what is done so far: Working menu, UI, shooting mechanics, charge shot mechanic, flying, dashing, score system, health system and layered animation, the scarf waves regardless of any other animation that it's playing! It's not done by physics!
There's also billboarding and scrolling textures displayed here. The retro look was done borrowing some shaders from public github projects, this includes, vertex snapping and affined texture mapping.
